About Us
Haynie & Company is an independent CPA firm located in Newport Beach, California. Started in 1985, the firm is organized as a California professional corporation and is owned by four active shareholders (“partners”). Haynie & Company also has independent affiliates located in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Texas, and Utah.
Our firm is currently comprised of approximately twenty full-time employees (including shareholders) serving clients primarily located in Southern California. The partners in our office have combined public accounting experience of over one hundred years.
Our Memberships
Haynie & Company is an independent member firm of PrimeGlobal. PrimeGlobal is a worldwide association of independent accounting firms and business advisors. PrimeGlobal currently has over 300 independent accounting firm members with over 800 offices and 13,000 staff in 90 countries around the world. Each independent member of PrimeGlobal is a separate firm and an independent legal entity. Haynie & Company is also a member of the Private Companies Practice Section (PCPS) of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the California Society of CPAs (CSCPA).
