Anne has worked in the accounting industry since 1994, beginning her career as an administrative professional at a 30-person firm and contributing to its growth into an organization of more than 800 employees. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with firm leadership to develop and implement processes and procedures that improve consistency, efficiency, and service across multiple offices.
Anne has also helped design and build two proprietary systems for tracking critical due dates and managing administrative requests. She brings extensive experience in administrative operations, process improvement, technology implementation, and change management. She is passionate about creating practical solutions, supporting administrative professionals, and developing processes that help teams work more effectively.
