H. Brent Stratton, CPA, is an Audit Partner at Haynie & Company. Brent attended Brigham Young University where he received his Master of Accountancy. He is a member of the AICPA, UACPA, and AHACPA. Brent also serves on the board of Utah NAHRO and Mountain Plains NAHRO.
Brent has over 20 years of audit experience including four years with one of the Big 4 firms. Brent spent ten years as a partner at B2a CPAs including six years as the Managing Partner before joining Haynie. Brent has extensive experience auditing pension plans, public housing authorities, tax credit properties, and other low-income housing providers, construction companies, and government agencies.
Brent and his wife Laila have five children and live in Elk Ridge, Utah. Brent enjoys boating, biking, hiking, playing basketball, and now that he is getting older has found a new passion in pickleball.
