Brittany Hardcastle is the Chief Executive Assistant at Haynie, where she partners closely with executive leadership to support strategic initiatives, facilitate communication across the organization, and ensure the smooth execution of key business priorities. She is passionate about creating efficient processes, supporting organizational growth, and helping leaders and teams operate at their highest potential.
Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from St. Cloud State University and a Master of Arts in Theology from the Augustine Institute. Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband and children while pursuing her passion for music as a recording artist and performer under the name Brittany Beck.
