Mitch LaMoreaux, CPA, is an Audit SEC Manager in Haynie & Company’s Salt Lake City office. He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accountancy from Southern Utah University. With over seven years of experience in public accounting, Mitch specializes in serving SEC clients, particularly in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry. He brings valuable experience as a former controller for a SaaS company. He is an active member of the UACPA, serving on the Emerging Leaders Committee.
Born and raised in Utah, Mitch enjoys exploring National Parks and attending live sporting events with his wife in his free time.
