D. Anthony “Tony” Wiseman serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Haynie, where he leads the firm’s people strategy, leadership development, employee experience, and HR operations.
Tony brings more than 30 years of experience helping organizations solve complex people challenges. Before joining Haynie, he spent his career with Wiseman Strategies, formerly Predictive Index of Utah, advising executive teams on how to better attract, hire, develop, and retain their people. His work included compensation analysis, pre-hire and post-hire strategies, leadership development, redesigned onboarding, and comprehensive job models with clear competencies and career paths.
Known for his direct, energetic, and persuasive style, Tony challenges conventional thinking and helps leaders see people decisions differently. He believes strong companies are built through clear expectations, capable leaders, and a genuine investment in people.
Outside of work, Tony enjoys traveling and has played more than 40 of the top 100 golf courses in the United States. He spent many years coaching baseball and football and has two adult children and one grandchild.
